BECOME A DIRECT SELLER
I HEREBY DECLARED THAT
I hereby declare that I am above 18 years of age and a citizen of India, and I am legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
I confirm that I have not paid any entry fee, subscription fee, registration fee, or any form of consideration for enrolling as a Direct Seller with Ayurazone Wellness Private Limited, except for the purchase of products, if any, on MRP or below MRP.
I state that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to abide by all the policies, terms and conditions, rules, procedures, and guidelines of the Company, as published on its official website and/or communicated to me from time to time, including any amendments thereof.
I acknowledge that I have been duly informed about the Ayurazone business model, compensation plan, rules of conduct, and Code of Ethics, and I undertake to strictly comply with the same in letter and spirit.
I further confirm that I am legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that I am not disqualified by law, not bankrupt, not of unsound mind, and have not been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
I clearly understand and agree that my association with the Company is that of an independent contractor, and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any employer–employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between me and the Company.
I undertake to carry out my direct selling activities in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner, and I shall not make any false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims regarding the Company, its products, or any income potential.
I hereby declare that all information and documents provided by me at the time of registration are true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I accept full responsibility and liability for any consequences arising out of any false, incorrect, or misleading information furnished by me.
By submitting my registration and clicking “I Agree”, I voluntarily consent to be legally bound by this declaration and all applicable terms and conditions of Ayurazone Wellness Private Limited.
